Christmas Berries

It's me again.

I am trying to get my craft table cleaned off, so I have a few posts for today.  I made this card last week and did not get it photographed until last night.  It is one of the first Christmas cards I have made.  The stamped image is one of my favorites.

I had fun 'coloring' this image.  So simple.  I used the Blender Pens to color the image and used the Scalloped Square from the Square Collection Framelits to make the scalloped border.  Here are the details:
Stamp set:  Simply Sketched - Hostess (retired)
Paper:  Cherry Cobbler (#119685), Baked Brown Sugar (#131296), Old Olive (#100702), Whisper White (#100730) and Season of Style (retired)
Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black (#132708), Cherry Cobbler (#126966) and Old Olive (#126953)
Misc:  Baked Brown Sugar Thick Baker's Twine (#135639), Square Collection Framelits (#130921), Blender Pens (#102845) and Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430)

I used the following sketch as a guide to make this card:

It is from Atlantic Hearts Challenge.  This is last week's sketch.  I just did not get it photographed quickly enough to make the challenge.

This card is entered in the following challenges:

Lovely serene effect , even though the colours are bright and cheerful. It looks great in the sketch design and I love the twine. Thanks a lot for joining in with my Festive 48. Hope you can link up again next week. Marina http://myperfectlifeuk.blogspot.co.uk
