CASE-ing Christmas Challenge #28

Hello Crafty Friends,

Welcome to my first CASE-ing Christmas Challenge post as a Design Team Member.  I am very excited to be working with this wonderful design team as I have to stretch a bit and that is usually a good thing.  Each month CASE-ing Christmas Challenge will offer a card to CASE (Copy And Share Everything).  You can choose your inspiration from the offered card, it could be color, texture, design, etc.  Here is my take on this month's inspiration card:

I love Steph's design.  I love the idea of SNOW and snowflakes are right up there with snow, snowmen, glittery icicles and more.  I have a wonderful collection of snowmen, crystal icicles, glittery and handmade snowflakes.  I would keep this stuff up all year if people would not think I am crazy.  I do keep my snowmen and a few selected snow inspired items out for most of the year.  Here in Texas we don't get much snow, but we do get ice almost every year.  I usually don't venture out into either except to take a few pictures.

Misc:  Scallop Edge Punch (retired), Frosted Sequins (retired), 3/8" Lost Lagoon Stitched Satin Ribbon (retired), Snowflakes Embossing folder (Cuttlebug), Glue Dots, Multipurpose Liquid Glue and SNAIL adhesive

Well, it is time for you to get your creation linked up.  CASE-ing Christmas Challenge is now a monthly challenge.  Our challenges run from the 5th of the month at 6:00am CST until 11:55pm CST the last day of the month.  Oh, a new feature is that we will be celebrating CHRISTMAS on the 25th of each month with a random giveaway.  We will have a variety of prizes to give out, but you MUST be linked up by the 23rd of each month in order to be entered into the drawing.  So, get your clever creation made and linked up to join in on the fun!

CASE-ing Christmas in August

Welcome to the August CASE-ing Christmas Challenge.  I am very excited as this is my first post with the CASE-ing Christmas Design Team.  At CASE-ing Christmas Challenge we provide a card for you to CASE (Copy And Share Everything).  Here is my take on this month's inspiration.

This card was very simple to put together.  I love this embossing folder ... of course I love the idea of SNOW ... don't really like dealing with snow, ice or colder temps.  Living in Texas I don't see much snow ... we have more ice than snow.  However, I do love me some ICED tea and I do have a collection of Snowmen, crystal icicles, glittery snowflakes, etc.  I love sparkly things and generally that is what happens when the sun glints off the snow.
