This card was a commission project for me.  I was trying out a new paper source with this card as well.  I like the look and feel of the paper (see notations below for source).

Duck:  GIVE A HOOT, Duck2 and Duck2-s, pg 77, cut @ 2.8"
Mat 1and 3:  ELEGANT EDGES, Dots1-s, pg 34, cut @ 4.7 and 4.9 (2x) using Shadow feature.
Mat 2:  ELEGANT EDGES, Dots1-s, pg 34, cut @ 4.8" using Oblong feature
Cardstock:  The  Paper Studio* (Light Blue, Blue and Dark Purple)  The Paper Company (White)
Ink:  Tsukineko (Momento - Tuxedo Black)
Stamp:  Michaels (Thank You)
Adhesive:  EK Success (Zig 2 Way Glue Pen Fine Tip) and Scotch (ATG and Foam Tape)
Not sure on the font that was using on the inside of the card.
