Bitty Banners Birthday

I started clearing off my desk this afternoon and soon began playing with the ‘trash’ on my desk … you know, the bits and pieces of previous projects.  The remains of a project that I made several months ago Framed Thoughts of You with Cuttlebug Mania … kept drawing my attention from my appointed task (heehee).  I soon had a card base on my desk and was arranging the little squares and deciding on a stamp to use for said ‘trash’ project.  Below is the product of my ‘clearing off my desk’ project.

I just love the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set and was sad when Stampin’ Up! discontinued it from the catalog.  So, I had a great time this afternoon playing around with this stamp set and coordinating framelit dies.  Here are the details:
Stamp set:  Itty Bitty Banners (retired)
Card stock:  Daffodil Delight, Pacific Point, Old Olive, Real Red, Tangerine Tango and Whisper White
Ink:  Daffodil Delight, Pacific Point, Old Olive, Real Red and Tangerine Tango
Misc:  Squares Collection Framelits Dies (remains of #2), Bitty Banner Framelit Dies, Brights Candy Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals and SNAIL adhesive

Here is my creation for this week:
I CASE'd this from Deb Valder.  It was super fast and easy to make.  I chose to work with the middle horizontal line of the Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge grid.   That being said, I used a strawberry pink, embossed with Spring Flowers embossing folder and used a birthday theme.

Here are more details:
Card size:  A2 - 8.50" x 5.50", scored and folded at 4.25"
Long piece - Blackberry Bliss 5.125" x 2.125"; Raspberry Ripple 5" x 2"
Rectangular piece - Blackberry Bliss 3.125" x 3.625"; Raspberry Ripple 3" x 3.50"
Stamp set:  Endless Birthday
Card stock:  Blackberry Bliss, Raspberry Ripple (retired) and Whisper White
Ink:  Blackberry Bliss
Misc:  Spring Flowers Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Blackberry Bliss Thick Baker's Twine (retired), Glue Dots and Stampin' Dimensionals

I tied the Blackberry Bliss Thick Baker's Twine around the rectangular piece to mimic ribbon around a gift in keeping with the Birthday theme for this card.  Again, this was a very quick and easy card.

Now it is your turn to create a project using the Tic-Tac-Toe chart.  Looking forward to seeing your creations at the Cuttlebug Mania challenge site.
