Sunnier Days

It is a beautiful Good Friday.  The sun is shining brightly and the birds are chirping outside my craft window.  The kitties can't decide which window to watch from this beautiful day.  Well I will start off with pics of Lucy.  She is the baby of the kitties.  She is also the smallest of the three and the only calico.  I was getting rid of some clutter (spring cleaning, ya' know) and she decided to play in the box of tissue paper that I was trying to organize.

"Mom do you have to keep taking my picture."  She was a bit challenged by all the flashes.
I was trying to get a sheet of tissue out of the box and Lucy just had a fit.  In this pic we are at an impass.  I can't get tissue and she can't get rid of me.  This next pic is Lucy watching me from a totally cleared out box.  "Mom, I am so glad we get that tissue squared away."  Me too Lucy!

How about a card?  This was a quickie today.  I already had the little umbrella cut and assembled.  I used paper from my stash for this card.  Other areas of our country are praying that NO MORE rain comes their way.  Here in North Texas we are experiencing lots of wildfires.  Some areas are praying for MORE rain.  This card voices that sentiment.  This is also in celebration of Earth Day.

Happy Helpers...well maybe not so much help!!!

I wanted to share my fur-babies from this past weekend.  I had opened the window in the office and it was quite the attraction for my trio of felines.  Here are a few pics.

This first pic if of Zach (left) and Lucy (right).  They are certainly bird-watching when Mom is not wanting them to post for a pic.
This pic is of Sophie (on top of table) and Zach (below table).  Sophie is my 'Q' girl.  When she swishes her tail it is always has a curl in the top.  Funniest thing I have seen.

This is baby Lu (short for Lucy).  She is her daddy's favorite sleeping partner ... other than mom that is.  She was raised with lots of handling and snuggling.  I think that is why she loves to curl up with just about anyone.

Thanks for taking the time to view my babies.

Blessings and happy crafting ...
